It is a comfortable family home, warm and very clean. The owners were very kind, they prepared us some food for breakfast, since we had to leave the lodging very early to embark for Belfast. Ideal accommodation for taking the ferry, it is very close to the port. Super recommended.
We arrived very late (22:30hs) and we had some problems, although we had warned.

Its owners, charming. Accommodation is a two minute clock drive from the Stena Line Ferry, more than perfect if you're catching the first of the 7:30am.

It's an apartment with 2 big beds where 4 people can sleep, but it's only a room. From the photos, it looked like two floors.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Because my son is not very good at walking stairs, they left the garden house to us instead of the booked room upstairs. It was a nice time, unfortunately only a little short as we had already booked our ferry. Thanks for everything. We will recommend you

I think that I have to say everything was brilliant, the warm welcome, the rooms where very fresh and immaculate with all the mod-cons, the bathroom was spotless, and the food was magic. I would say this is a miniature version of the Ritz hotel and I would recommend it to any one.

Both Margaret and Peter are great hosts and lovely people. You could not get a better location to stay if you are traveling on the Carnryan ferries. The house is nicely decorated and the rooms are great. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable that I have slept in. We had a very good breakfast in the morning that set us up for the day and the haggis was lovely even the wife ate all of hers. The shop next door is handy for those last minute items that you forgot and even though it was closed when we arrived Peter had no problem opening it up for me so that I could get my tobbaco for a well needed ciggie! I would recomend this B&B to anyone

Liked the convenience of being so close to the ferry port, especially as we had an early crossing. Margaret, our friendly host , has a heart of gold and a willingness to chat. The B&B is basic but comfortable.
Breakfast not outstanding, but it was early.

Very clean. Good breakfast.
Poor welcome due to booking mix up with owners who had sold our booked room at 4.30 pm. It was sorted when we showed our paperwork. Double ensuite room is too small and cramped as double bed is up against the wall . The owner agreed and said that in future it would only be sold as a single occupancy room.

Made very welcome. Given good advice as to where we could eat that evening. Advised we could go to the caravan site next door for a drink. Only had to cross the road to get to the P & O ferry terminal.

Guest House was well looked after and very clean. Our landlady couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. She suggested two places where we could have an evening meal. We enjoyed our food in both. Breakfast was good. Despiite being near a main road our rooms were quiet. I would certainly stay again if in the area.
The room in which we stayed for our first night, was rather small for us with all our luggage. At the suggestion of our landlady, we transferred for our second night to a very much larger, very comfortable room at the front of the guest house.
